Dishonest. They snuck the optional insurance into my loan after I requested them not to. They redid my paperwork when I caught it. I thought all was well. Then a few months later I requested the payoff amount and they did end up putting the insurance in my loan anyways. I spoke to the manager and he said he did see in my file I did request no insurance but the time had lapsed to make adjustments. I paid for something I adamantly said I didn't want. They admitted to it and will not correct their mistake and said well its just $200! This is not how you treat customers!!! BEWARE!!!
