I was really pleased with this motel. The room was very large, quiet, very clean and the price was right! On top of it all, the location for Alligator 2 was perfect, and a run over to State Dock was easy within the hour. I'd stay here again in a jiffy.

Small, hometown type hotel, lots of animals, but cheap to stay there. Parking is a little weird but the people owners are nice

It's clean and is just a great deal. Really friendly. Comfortable bed. Nearby restaurants are within walking distance. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Rooms were very nice.

Very dirty. Pillows are disgusting and stained. Sheets were not clean . Comforters have big holes. And room really smelled bad. I had to buy Lysol and a candle. Cheap rooms but this wasn't worth it at all.

For out of town fishing trip it's a great place to stay.
