We have used this business for several years for maintenance to our pontoon. Did a great job til fall of 2015. Took our pontoon in for fall maintenance, after service of motor, Unlimited took our pontoon to storage. May 2016 took pontoon to lake for weekend gathering with family. When the boat was launched from trailer into water, started the motor and suddenly a loud noise and smoke came out of engine. Called unlimited, investigated matter to find out "oil stick was not put back correctly-blew motor". tried to get owner to correct and repair motor, would not take responability of poor service. WE now have a non- runable pontoon because of this business...DO NOT RECOMMEND BUSINESS AND TRULY SHOULD BE RATED "0".>>>>
I have been very happy with Unlimited Marine in my new Crestliner PT 20 boat purchase. Jimmy Wilson was the sales person I connected with back in 2016, he was very knowledgeable about the new PT 20. The entire support from the sales process, rigging the boat with options to taking it to the lake for break in. Unlimted Marine made sure I had everything thing I needed to get me on the water and on my way. Nice well stocked store I use the service department
The repairs done to my boat were sub par, and didn't find out how bad it was until a while later because I don't use the boat much and the service manager wouldn't even hear me out because it was over a year old repair. Sometimes you can't use your boat every year and it's not like a vehicle were you drive it year round to make sure the repairs were done correctly. I wouldn't trust them putting air in my tires.
